Most standard tour bookings are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable supplier or payment gateway charges.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Date or itinerary changes requested 30+ days before travel are usually handled without our change fee, subject to availability.
For last-minute changes, WhatsApp or call us so our team can review practical options quickly.
Refund Rules by Booking Type

Note: Payment gateway fees, bank fees, or non-refundable supplier costs may be deducted if already charged.
Note: Confirmed hotels, guides, permits, or transport commitments may affect the final refund.
Note: We may offer partial credit or rescheduling if the booking can be recovered or resold.

Our team reviews your booking, supplier terms, travel date, and any confirmed services.
Refund Confirmation
We confirm the eligible refund amount, deductions if any, and estimated processing timeline.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
Receive Funds
Refunds usually appear within 7-10 business days after approval, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.
Booking Changes & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. We will always try to offer a practical alternative before cancellation.
Date changes requested 30+ days before travel are usually handled without our change fee, subject to vehicle, hotel, guide, and supplier availability.
Destination, hotel, vehicle, or experience changes may affect the final price. We will confirm any cost difference before updating your booking.
Changes within 48 hours are subject to availability and may involve extra charges for drivers, guides, permits, or hotel amendments.
In selected cases, we may offer travel credit for a future journey instead of cash refund. Credit validity and conditions will be confirmed in writing.
